Fermate is the sign of a musical notation above a note, indicating a hold, through which an unspecified time can be prolonged.

This is exactly how we understand photography. Photography is a reportage: through the camera, the photographer can prolong a beautiful moment infinitely while keeping the abstract time and memory in light and shadow within reach.

If you look at our logo closely, the whole logo of our studio is a camera, its "lens" is a sustain-symbol combined with Chinese brush elements.
